After four visits to New Orleans, I can honestly say it has become my favorite city to visit—and Windsor Court has become my favorite place to stay there. I have stayed at Windsor Court on three of those four trips, including both a suite and the Club Level, and I already know I’ll be returning on future visits. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located for enjoying New Orleans. But what keeps bringing me back is the feeling of being genuinely cared for as a guest. The Windsor Court Spa has been an especially meaningful part of my last two visits. Brennan Rosonet, the Spa Director, has been exceptional. She has been incredibly helpful not only with recommendations within the spa, but also with suggestions for enjoying the city. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made recommendations that helped make my visits to New Orleans even more enjoyable. As a transgender woman, being completely authentic and comfortable in a new environment can sometimes be difficult. At the spa, I experienced exactly the opposite. I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and respect, and I was consistently gendered appropriately. Brennan even took the extra step of making sure my reservations reflected my preferred name. Those details may seem small, but they meant a great deal to me. I felt seen, respected, and genuinely welcome. There are two things I hope Windsor Court will continue working on. While my experiences at the spa have been wonderful, I was unfortunately misgendered at times elsewhere in the hotel. I understand that mistakes happen, but consistency throughout the property would make an important difference for transgender guests. The spa has demonstrated how welcoming that experience can be, and I would love to see that same level of awareness throughout the hotel. I also really appreciate the evening turndown service. It is a lovely touch and one of the things that makes staying at Windsor Court feel special. During my visits, however, the timing seemed somewhat inconsistent, which occasionally made it difficult to plan my evening around giving staff access to my room. A more predictable window would make an already thoughtful service even better. Those concerns are small compared with the overall experience I’ve had at Windsor Court. I love this hotel. I love the way it feels, I love the location, I love the spa, and I appreciate the genuine hospitality I’ve experienced here. Most importantly, I plan to come back. New Orleans has become my favorite city to visit, and Windsor Court has become an important part of that experience for me. I share this feedback because I value the hotel and want to see an already wonderful experience become even better. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. I am a widow who was just trying to pamper herself and get away from home. I didn't know how special a hotel stay could make me feel and it was all due to this staff. From the moment I pulled into the courtyard, the staff radiated genuine happiness and kindness. I always feel guilty for having people do extra for me, but it felt more like a gentle hand taking some of my stress away. There was no rushing, no fuss. I was guided inside and politely directed to the front desk. I had desperately wanted to experience afternoon tea but was unable to make a reservation as my trip was a last minute choice. Concierge desk was so sweet and said they would check on it for me. Room service was a dream. Again, genuine happiness. My meal was wonderful, the only thing I didn't like was having to get up to get the tv remote in the right angel to access the TV. In the morning, the spa took fantastic care of me. Being a plus size woman, it is a stressful thing, but I felt welcome. I even was given a wonderful hug of support from the woman at the front desk. The concierge came through and I experienced afternoon tea sitting by a large window looking out at the courtyard and the happy staff doing their job and making everyone else feel so special on their trips. The thing that brings me to write to this review, though, is what I noticed this past week. My dash cam in my car has been coming loose since I replaced my windshield a couple months ago. Every time I get in my car, I have to stick it to the window again. Someone who drove my car fixed that. I am not sure if they put more adhesive on or what, but it has stuck this entire week. It is the smallest detail, but has made such an impact that someone would take the time to do something for me. I don't have someone to do that for me anymore since my husband passed and to see a stranger has done it means the world to me. I am so very grateful for my experience with you all.

The best thing about New Orleans. The city wasn't our favorite, but this hotel made the trip worth it. Everything about it was 5 star. The service was impeccable, and everyone there made us feel like royalty. It was over 100 degrees everyday we were there, so we spent more time in the hotel room than we typically would, and we actually really enjoyed it. We had room to spread out, play games as family or order food and eat in the room. The staff at the front door always made sure we had ice cold waters whenever we left. The lounge was beautiful, and a great place to relax. The pool never felt crowded.

We had a wonderful stay at the Windsor Court Hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and have a timeless, classic elegance that feels both luxurious and refreshingly comfortable. Every aspect of the experience was top-notch—from the warm, efficient check-in process to the thoughtful evening turndown service. The attention to detail really stood out, including the beautiful Diptyque bath amenities, which were a lovely touch. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and the staff consistently provided outstanding service. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Windsor Court to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Having stayed at The Westin, The ONE, Hyatt Regency, and BRVO, I can honestly say that The Windsor Court is in a class of its own. From the moment we arrived, the attentiveness, courtesy, and professionalism of the staff were exceptional. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, elegant, impeccably clean, and furnished with true luxury in mind. The attention to detail throughout the hotel reflects a level of service and sophistication that is becoming increasingly rare. The location is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The Windsor Court delivers a genuine luxury hotel experience, and we will definitely return on our next visit to New Orleans.

We had excellent service here but the hotel is very dated. We had a suite and it had a very basic bath with shower head, (no separate shower). Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable but disappointing standard for a 5* hotel with old-fashioned lamps and limited modern lights/electrics in the room. The hotel bar has a nice vibe on Fri/Sat when there is live music. Great location.

Super classy high-end gorgeous hotel. Rooms are big and fancy. Everything you could think of is available. Beautiful rooftop pool as well very relaxing. The polo lounge is classic New Orleans. Most likely is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

ery disappointing experience for a hotel that claims to be of this standard. Very little information was provided upon arrival, which is surprising for a property of this level. Our room was delivered with a queen bed instead of the king bed that had been booked. In addition, the toilet was clogged and it took quite some time before the issue was finally resolved. To make matters worse, the concierge initially quoted $60 in the morning for the transfer to the airport, but this price was suddenly increased to $75 at the time of departure. Such practices are not acceptable in a hotel of this category. Overall, the succession of these issues significantly affected the quality of our stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.*****

????? We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Windsor Court Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We booked through Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts, and they were incredibly kind in accommodating an early check in for us, which made a huge difference while traveling with our baby. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a confirmed 4 PM late checkout, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and luxurious. The food was truly excellent, every meal was fresh and beautifully presented. The decor throughout the hotel is stunning. The entrance flowers were gorgeous and made such a grand first impression. The paintings and artwork around the property are really amazing and give the hotel a refined, elegant character. My wife especially loved the ambiance and attention to detail. The service was very courteous and thoughtful at every step. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our baby had a great time, and we appreciated how comfortable and smooth everything felt. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend Windsor Court. We are already looking forward to coming back.

We came this afternoon for my Mother- In-Law’s 80th Birthday. We were a party of 8 people. The service was sub par- at best. I’m a server and bartender, and work in the quarter. I get that it’s an easy gratuity for the server. But the restaurant only had 3 tables other than our table. There was no reason for our server to forget to bring cream for coffee 3 times- and 3 different people at our table asked for it. Also: take a shower or at least fix your hair. It’s supposed to be a lovely afternoon tea service- not a diner. We were treated as we were at a diner, not having tea in a lovely environment. I don’t care that there were parades today. We came early, still didn’t get seated until 12:15 (our entire party was there). And yes- she got her auto gratuity for literally doing the bare minimum. Not even a smile. I will certainly not recommend the Windsor Court to anyone.
