The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great. The room we had was teeny tiny though. Lol. Very clean and cozy though. One hiccup was we requested fresh towels, we went out for the day and wanted to come back and shower off our sweat, and they didn’t have any clean towels or wash rags had already taken our old ones. I didn’t want to sit on the bed sweaty so I just hand washed real quick and used a hand towel to dry. It took a few hours to finally get our towels. Other than that, it was worth the amount we paid. Great deal!

Good place to stay for the price. Couple things we noticed: Great location! We brought our cat and she was able to get up into the bedspring. Not ideal for a pet friendly place. The room also looked nothing like the photos of what we booked online. It did the job..

Pros: Amazing staff (Tyler, Kim, and Juan!), unique historic atmosphere, definitely haunted! Cons: Frustrating check-in policy and lack of upfront communication regarding card requirements. The Review: I arrived from out of town completely exhausted, and the absolute last thing I wanted to deal with was a stressful check-in process. It turned out to be a nightmare because I was told I needed a credit card for incidental holds—even though the room was already fully paid for. Since I don't carry a credit card, this caused a major, unnecessary headache right at the start of my trip. Hotels really need to make these specific card requirements clearer to out-of-town travelers beforehand. That being said, the saving grace of this hotel is its incredible staff. Tyler, Kim, and Juan were absolutely amazing! They were empathetic, helpful, and did everything they could to turn a terrible start into a good stay. As for the property itself—it is definitely haunted! If you are looking for those spooky, authentic historic vibes, this place has them. Huge shoutout to the staff for saving the experience, but the management really needs to streamline their check-in policy communication.

I wouldn't recommend staying here as the hotel needs some to do some major upgrades. The location is great in that easily accessible to Bourbon Street and major attractions. Hotel staff was very nice especially Nomakia, Curtis, Shawn/Shaun and Kim. Rooms were not pleasant at all. Water was leaking from the air conditioning vent upon arrival to our room with a small trash can under the vent catching the water and it was filled to capacity with water overflowing all over the floor. Water was also leaking in the hallway on the way to the room from the ceiling with mold, etc. We were stuck with staying here because it was Essence Festival weekend, so all hotels were either booked, or the price was very high.

This is my second time in New Orleans last year. I had a great time stayed in a nice clean hotel. I recommend you run away from this hotel Saint Pierre, the pictures lie they are misleading. The place is filthy. The lobby is filthy. The furniture in the lobby is filthy. The pool is filthy. There are cracks everywhere. There are huge cockroaches in the hallway and in the courtyard will never stay here again was supposed to stay until the seventh. I will be checking out two days early and into another hotel because I can’t take it if I could afford to check out tonight I would.

This was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in and me and friend had a wonderful time going to the French quarter! Tyler who is one of the front desk agents was so amazing and kind! My cat ended up getting stuck in the box spring and he came and helped us get her out. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in New Orleans!

Ok, so listen: I really wanted to like this place. It seemingly had everything I was hoping for, meaning a deluxe room and at least one swimming pool. Sadly, though, it’s just kind of second-rate. And it’s not just because it’s an old building in the French Quarter. I was willing to forgive so much, because I love this city, and because the people at the front desk were genuinely helpful. What sinks this place, though, is the shoddy conditions of the room itself. For instance: - The king mattress was all misshapen. It felt like I was sliding off a cliff on my side. - The room smelled funny, like a dollar store axe body spray. - In this deluxe room, which was allegedly the best they had to offer, there were no lamps! It was just the harsh overhead lighting, and in the suite, the closet light and the bonus room light switches didn’t even work. So then you get to noticing other small things. The refrigerator wasn’t actually cold, despite how loud it was. The bedding wasn’t totally clean. The bathroom looked like one from HGTV where they would say “this bathroom definitely needs updating.” Neither here nor there, but this felt like the perfect place for the obscure TV series “Hotel Impossible.” It really is just a victim of Its own low standards.

It has been a year since my 87 year old Momma and I stayed at this lovely cottage, historic hotel but rarely does a day pass when I do not think about our stay ? Let me first say that Supervisor Kim, the head of housekeeping is a woman of her word with impeccable work ethic AND she genuinely cares. She made CERTAIN that any concern was immediately handled properly. She is friendly, warm and a reason to want to stay at this lovely, cozy, hospitable cottage inn. I literally booked with the kindest, calmest, most even keel man named Trey from the front desk the night before we were to arrive in New Orleans. All our needs were met. And our train arrived late but the front desk team was ready, waiting and willing and able to assist with luggage etc. And we loved our room. It had special accommodations for my mom.I could also immediately understand why this place was favorited by Tennessee Williams. We were so pleased with the quiet location,yet still in The Vieux Carre, the city where we were born and raised. Open your room door with a regular ?, enjoy the 2 pools, friendly cats outside and bring your own pet too! Cassidy was awesome too! Everyone making that place run was. Thank you for helping my mother and me make some of the best memories we made by simply being in a place quintessentially New Orleans. We cannot wait to come back. Much love. Highly recommend. Hotel St. Pierre was a great stay. The room was dated, but still good. The lobby was very clean and definitely updated. It's a quick walk to the entire French Quarter and short ride to any other districts. In all, if you're looking for a quiet stay, walking distance from fun, for a good price this is it.

Definitely a good place if you’re looking to save some money. Similar to other reviews the room felt dirty, the shower ran brown water when initially turned on and I’m shocked there aren’t more reviews that mention the critters in the ceiling that you can hear running around at night. There was definitely a rat or something in the ceiling that freaked us out - the hotel is old but still. It’s a good location and very easy to walk everywhere and it’s not loud at night. A lot of guests would smoke at the pool.
