We enjoyed our stay here! Location is great for walking around!! Close to bourbon, Jackson square and a grocery store one block away. Staff was good, and our rooms were well cleaned. There are two complimentary water bottles per room per day and water stations downstairs. Only complaint was that valet took a while so take that into account when you need your car.

Super cool hotel! The lobby is gorgeous! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Location wise, the Bourbon Orleans Hotel was an easy walk to get anywhere on and near Bourbon St and the French Quarter. The room we stayed in was awesome. My wife and I will definitely be staying again in the future.

________________________________________ We've completed a delightful stay at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel in New Orleans. The room was great-elegant, beautifully decorated with a spacious balcony with a view of the back of the Cathedral and Bourbon Street. The staff here are super helpful and friendly. Ken, the director of admissions, made our stay very special. David helped with our luggage and parking, Denice and Adilah in guest services were so efficient and kind. We also had a late breakfast here in the restaurant with delicious food with ample servings, Terry is an excellent server. This is an amazing boutique hotel in the best part of the French Quarter. We will definitely be back!

Hubby and I just finished a 3 night stay. The location is perfect for getting around the FQ. We had an issue with no hot water in our first room and they quickly moved us with no problems. It was amazing that we couldn't hear any of the chaos of Bourbon St from our room. Breakfasts at La Roux cafe were delicious and their cappuccinos were a great way to start the day. We were able to make use of the pool after a very hot day walking around. Lots of great music in the Burboub O Bar and the drinks were excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, historic, and full of New Orleans character. The decor perfectly captured that classic New Orleans vibe and made the whole experience feel unique and memorable. The location was amazing — walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. One of our favorite parts was the courtyard view overlooking the pool. It honestly felt like stepping back in time in the best way possible. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

We had a great stay at this hotel in New Orleans. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent, right in the centre of all the action, which made it really easy to get around. The food was good overall, though breakfast service was a little slow at times. A few of our group also found that the shower in their room took a long time to heat up, which was a small inconvenience. That said, the hotel was very accommodating with luggage storage after checkout, allowing us to leave our bags until our flight. Overall, I’d happily recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service, and fantastic location

My stay at Bourbon Orleans Hotel was truly unforgettable. I was traveling solo, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, welcomed, and that I had the best possible experience. Their kindness and compassion meant more to me than they will probably ever know. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—without a doubt the prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt beautiful and historic, and the atmosphere made the whole trip feel so special. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Mr. Kenny at the front door always greeted me with such warmth. Billy at the concierge desk gave me the best recommendations and made sure I knew exactly where to go to have fun and experience the city. Alanah at the bar quickly felt more like a friend than a bartender, and Tyro, the bar bouncer, always made sure I was safe and looked out for me. Traveling alone can feel intimidating at times, but the team here made me feel like family. They turned what could have been just a hotel stay into a truly meaningful experience. I will never forget this trip or the incredible people who made me feel so special during my time there. I’m so incredibly grateful.

This hotel is an excellent location and has a fun history BUT if you are spoiled to certain amenities when traveling keep in mind: There are no on demand movies, there is no way to steam platforms like youtube or prime (tv not set up cable only), balcony doors don't lock well (someone tried to open ours in the middle of the night), there is NO ROOM SERVICE and you cannot order from the affiliated restaurants (just off registration desk) by phone you must go down to order and wait for a to go order. I prefer to be spoiled on vacation and having to leave my room for EVERY SINGLE MEAL got old. Even just breakfast room service would be nice. Valet was easy efficient and friendly.

Location, location, location is probably top on this list. Block from burbon st. Three blocks from Cafe Du Monde. Two from Jackson square. Started rough with getting proper room. Been amazing since. Staff have been super, especially the gentleman at the concierge desk. Super friendly. Safe street and very safe hotel including surrounding the entry as you approach. This is key in French corridor and Burbon Orleans delivers. Breakfast is pretty good depending on the chef, and really convenient way to start the day. Now the room portion. Booked a room online for valentine's day. Spoke with representative and booked via phone and was told I booked a street view room. Heck I paid for it extra. I know it was street view because they offered to upgrade me to a courtyard view. Cannot count on getting the proper room you booked - especially during peak season. Overall this is a spot I would reccomend and stay at again, would say likely best in the corridor for service and location.
