We came down to NOLA to get married during Mardi Gras. And we chose the Nopsi as our home base. This was such a great choice! The staff for starters is the absolute best in the business. Sean and Dex took care of so many things for us. Including champagne sent to the room. Gave us multiple places to go not only for the best downtown experience, but also the best spots to watch the parades with the locals. Kevin and Richard were always helpful coming in and out of the hotel. Greeted with a smile every time! The rooftop bar was amazing as well. Great view and the pool was full to the top! We enjoyed drinks at all three bars on the premises. And none of them disappoint! And at night it's just far enough off canal to be quiet for a good night sleep. You seriously can not go wrong here. It was the single best hotel stay I've ever had. We will be back without question!

Came here for Mardi Gras and I am so happy that this hotel introduced me to a proper New Orleans experience. From the time I walked in to the time that I checked out, I was throughly impressed by how intentionally every thing was curated. The hotel is centrally located allowing all of the must see and experience spots within reach. The rooms are quite spacious and comforting. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate Armani who made the best aviation at their gin bar as well as Adam helping me navigate during my time at the hotel. They elevated my experience to a luxurious vacation. I now know exactly where I’ll be staying upon my return to New Orleans.

I stayed here in May of 2025 and left a review on their site, but not Google. Came back to say this is still one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Amazing staff. Literally all staff members were helpful, polite and seemed to have cared about making our stay great. The NOPSI raised the bar & I now compare all other travel stays to the experience I had there. The location of the place is great too. Within walking distance to many places and pizza luna (great pizza and easy on wallet)

Had an amazing experience here , Room was nice and big , could have been cleaned better prior to checking in , had to have them come up and vacuum the floor , it was pretty dirty, Otherwise well kept. Food service (understaffed) was due to unacceptable, food was amazing after waiting over an hour for it. The staff was very friendly & working the best they could. The bartender in the dining area was absolutely the worst & rudest staff employee I’ve seen, her behavior was unacceptable and she should have been fired.

My husband and I are repeat guests at the NOPSI Hotel, and choosing it as the host hotel for our wedding was an easy, strategic decision.From start to finish, the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in our experience. Alexis is phenomenal, an absolute standout. Sean, Adam, and Imani were equally impressive, consistently delivering service that felt personal, seamless, and thoughtful. The level of care and professionalism across the team made us feel valued, not just accommodated. Bottom line: NOPSI has earned lifelong customers in us. When excellence is the standard, loyalty follows and they nailed it.

We stayed at the Nopsi Hotel for 4 days and man where do I even begin. After having a rough start to our trip due to flight issues, the moment we stepped into the lobby we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Sean who was at the front desk made the check in process smooth. He was friendly and ensured we knew all the good food spots (he did not disappoint, all his recommendations were 10/10). The rooftop was nothing less than spectacular and the bartenders were very friendly and made great drinks. The room was spacious and clean. Overall a very lovely stay, 10/10 would recommend!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were well appointed, quiet and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent. What made it truly special was how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable the staff were, especially Sean, Kevin and Ella. We will definitely return for next year's annual trip to visit relatives and enjoy this great City!

I had an amazing experience here as a mom traveling alone with her toddler. The hotel was beautiful and cleaned the staff were amazing and made our stay so personable. We were literally treated like family by everyone and will be sure to stay here for future trips. Shout out to Dex at the front counter for being a friend for me, our waitress in their restaurant Sandra I believe her name was and even Richard the bell man, EVERYONE was amazing.

We were there 10/16-10/21. The 1st thing was the awesome front desk. Dexter was the best and made sure our stay was great. Richard had alot of great advice. Our room was also good. It was always quiet. Your whole staff was always friendly. So the only- was no coffee maker or free coffee station. All and all we had a great stay.
