Hotel One11 Boutique is an excellent option if you want to stay near the action without being in the middle of the noise. Located in the shadow of the Westin, it’s an easy walk to Bourbon Street, the Convention Center, multiple restaurants, and both outlet and premium shopping. The property feels clean, safe, and notably quiet—an uncommon combination in this part of New Orleans. The loft-style rooms are well appointed with a modern, upscale aesthetic. Linens were high quality, and the overall design conveys understated sophistication. A major plus is the full gym directly across the street, which far exceeds the typical hotel fitness center in both equipment and space. A few notes: the showers are water-saver style, and my room did not have grab bars or appear ADA compliant, so accessibility may be limited depending on room type. Overall, this is a polished boutique hotel offering comfort, style, and location—without the chaos often associated with the French Quarter.

We were there week of December 3. The bathroom door faces the foot of the bed. And it is a barn door. There is a 4" gap on one end of the door so people can see you using the toilet. There is a 1" gap at the other end and you can be watched taking a shower. If it's in the middle of the night and you need to turn the bathroom light on, it will shine on the person sleeping and possibly wake them up. We were there 4 nights. Never saw housekeeping. We had to get our own extra supplies when we ran out of soap, coffee, etc. We are happy to reuse the bath towels. But there was no place to hang them. Not a bar or hook in the bathroom. Plenty of wall space to put hooks. Room temperature was not good. Didn't matter if we had it at 67 ° or 72° temperature just stayed the same with cold air constantly blowing on us. So the room stayed chilly. We were finally able to turn the fan off in the room. I called the day after we got home to talk to the manager and discuss these issues. Was told she was busy and would call me back. Called again a couple days later. She was still busy and would call me back. Im still waiting for her to call

This is the absolute worst hotel i’ve ever been to. First, we get to the check in and one receptionist said we have a nice view. We get to the room, and not only are the windows extremely small, the view we had was of the street. Second, after we checked in the receptionist nonchalantly said “we are short staffed on housekeepers. just let us know if you need you absolutely need your room cleaned.” We requested our bathroom floor cleaned and trash to be picked up. See attached photo for the trash that was not picked up. Our bathroom floor also was not cleaned. Third, the breakfast sucked. They say the breakfast is available from 7:30-10:30, but at 10 they begin to run out of food. Fourth, the room was extremely small for us. My other family member who was a party of 1 got a much bigger room. Fifth, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row for Xmas, both about 5 nights. This year, we are 3 nights in, and it's not been great. Last year, we had a great room, quiet & as specified on the website. Other than the lights on the bed dying last year for last 2-3 nights, everything was great. This year, booked same style room, got one like half the size. Even the shower was half the size. Ok, fine. NBD. Unpacked, etc. found almost no plugs in room, just on one side of the bed. My husband had to use portable charger to charge phone or go around to my side to charge, and light switches were only on my side too. Then, the toilet seat was broken. Like really broken. The back on one side was broke, causing entire seat to slide to left anytime we sit on it. Almost fell in a few times. 2nd day the whole lid of seat came off. I asked desk if they could send someone, they did offer a new room but I didn't want to move 5 days of stuff & all the crap we'd bought over. I said it was fine if they could send someone (26th bc I asked on Xmas & understand ppl were off etc) We'll see. Meanwhile we are still waiting for towels. We were told upon check-in that they were short staffed & room service would only be basics. That's no problem, I said as long as we got new towels & maybe trash emptied daily IDC. Still waiting for anything. So when I told him midday today about toilet, I asked if we could get fresh towels. Ofc they said, how many? I said at least 2, 4 if no trouble. Came back around 10p, to nothing. Took showers & used wet towels from earlier. Overall, love the hotel. Last year everyone was SO nice. This year only person who didn't seem pissed to be here was the guy who checked us in. Idk that we'd stay here again, which sucks bc we love the location & hotel in general. This year just hasn't been very good.

Undoubtedly good looking hotel with a modern and chic aesthetic. Rooms are well appointed, but surprisingly cramped. Our two queen room did not have any sort of seating area. Not even an armchair in the corner to relax in. As long as you know this going in it’s fine I suppose. Bathrooms were clean and modern, but again cramped. We had to ask for the room to be serviced will new towels after a day and a half. I would have expected it to be taken care of without asking. The pool was closed for a day due to maintenance, but otherwise was open and a nice area to relax. The bar is open after 1530 and seemed well stocked with liquor and beer. Strangely the bartender wasn’t equipped to make something as simple and pedestrian as a whiskey sour or a mojito. That’s rough. Continental breakfast is pretty much a joke. A little unripe fruit, weak coffee, water not hot enough to steep a cup of tea, and some stale pastries are about it.

Staff are nice and polite Rooms were clean and cozy. It would have been nice if there were more closet space/drawers in the room. I don’t recommend the breakfast (healthy options were very limited)

This hotel is an anomaly. It’s as if they built a very nice, chic, almost swanky hotel, but then completely forgot the service aspect. Architecturally, the building is beautiful; however, the stay was anything but. First of all, the Keurig in our room didn’t work, or so we thought. It turned out that the outlet next to the Keurig was dead, so we had to place the coffee maker on the floor next to the only working wall outlet in the room. Not very luxe. Next, there was NO housekeeping. Not only did we request housekeeping multiple times at the front desk, but we also asked the housekeeper on our floor, in both English and Spanish, to please service our room. He said he absolutely would. That never happened. Our trashcans were overflowing; we were out of towels: and the bed was never made, so it’s probably safe to assume that the sheets weren’t changed, either. Again, this was after many requests for housekeeping. Next, the refrigerator in our room didn’t work, which I did not know until I reached in to grab a cold energy drink one morning only to find that it was hot. We tried unplugging the fridge and plugging it back in; we played with the settings; but nothing worked, as the machine was simply broken and useless. Next, the fact that the hotel boasts a bar and cafe but does not provide room service is a huge failure of customer service. Also, the little station with snacks and refrigerated drinks in the lobby only had sugary sodas, and it wasn’t restocked the entire time we were there. We did attempt to get a drink at the bar but we’re completely ignored by the bartender. After several minutes, we gave up and had drinks at the hotel across the street. Next, the outlets on the left side of the bed were literally on the floor, and only visible if you were standing at the door and looking downward for them. We didn’t even know they were there until day two. Additionally, there was a small seat next to that side of the bed instead of a nightstand or any kind of table/platform on which to put things like your alarm or phone, a glass of water, etc. Next, the shower was a big problem. Not only was the water pressure non-existent, but the back wall of the shower is made of glass that looks into the room. This means that if there is someone (me) in bed trying to sleep, but my partner wants to take a shower, the light shines through the glass and directly into my face. This room clearly wasn’t designed for couples. Finally, the staff were quasi-friendly, but not helpful at all. Truly, this is just a building, not a hotel. Hotels provide service, and the service at One11 is completely non-existent. Would never stay here again and will absolutely be waning my friends and family not to, either. Especially in a city with so many other great options, why would anyone choose to stay at a hotel with no service, but luxury pricing?

The negatives...Our room was very small. Two people couldn't pass each other at the foot of the bed. Minimal storage for clothes both hanging and in very shallow drawers. The shower was a glass box so when someone showered wirh the light on the whole bedroom was lit up. Air conditioning in room kept having issues that required service. Advertised buffet breakfast that was minimal at best. Hard boiled eggs, alternating soggy waffles and dried out pancakes. Advertised bistro restaurant that was non existent. Lobby air conditioning was on steroids and needed a jacket in doors. Positives...Friendly front desk. Great bartender. Fantastic location, walking distance ro French Quarter.

I booked the One11 Hotel with high hopes after it was recommended by Delta, but it quickly fell short. At check-in, Victor was dry and unhelpful. I didn’t know there was no workout facility on site, but guests can get a pass to a nearby gym. I found out from another staff person, so when I asked Victor about it again, he told me “you didn’t ask,” which I found unbelievable for a hotel that calls itself luxury. Housekeeping is only by request—if I wanted to make my own bed, I wouldn’t have booked a hotel. Christian and Joel gave exceptional service, and Steven was apologetic when I shared my concerns. But the issues outweighed the positives. One evening I found Chris asleep at the desk; when I woke him for help, he was rude and agitated and told me he had to be up in the next 5 minutes. I am sorry I thought you were at work; maybe he was dreaming he was at home. And during happy hour, the bartender was glued to her phone instead of serving guests. Overall, this is not a five-star property. With so many choices in New Orleans, I would never spend my hard-earned money here again.

My husband and I booked a stay here for labor day weekend. We were pleased with how friendly the staff was. We enjoyed the location of the hotel because we were able to walk everywhere we went. It was quiet during the night. My only recommendation would be that breakfast should come out earlier. Other than that, we loved the hotel.
