This charming, historic boutique hotel features exceptional hospitality and a prime location close to the French Quarter and major attractions, but guests should be aware of structural noise, issues with hot water, and interior room temperatures.

I had a great experience staying at the Q&C Hotel. The property itself was very clean, stylish, and in a convenient location, which made getting around easy. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the staff were very professional and attentive throughout my stay. One person who really stood out was Yohanny. They provided excellent customer service and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. Yohanny was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. That level of care truly made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend the Q&C Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service.

Lovely hotel that I would like to revisit. Room was wonderful. The only shortcoming was that the door and frame had a tight fit that did not allow the door to securely close on its own. The service was amazing Sonya and Yohanny provided excellent breakfast service and hospitality. The decor was tasteful, traditional and hip. Will be the first hotel I search for on my next trip to New Orleans.

In January 2026 I stayed with my best friend at this hotel. Arianna at the Q&C Hotel went above and beyond! She got us into our room with an early check-in, held our bags, and made us feel incredibly welcome. When we had a room issue, she swiftly moved us, offered a discount, and even ensured we got complimentary meals. Her kindness, bilingual communication, and proactive care made our stay fantastic. Thank you, Arianna!

Cons - don't stay here if you are a light sleeper. You can hear all the structural noise - AC unit goes BOOM before it comes on ? and I could hear the bathroom doors/plumb flushing of either the room above or below. Pros - booked this room for Mardi Gras & for me it was the perfect location. Regardless of which way you walked you were 1 or 2 blocks from the parade route. The casino is about a 5 minute walk as well. I would recommend this hotel - staff & parking staff were extremely nice & helpful. The room was small but spacious enough for 2 people. There is a barn door on the bathroom without a lock & no vent in the bathroom. So I would recommend stay here with someone you're already familiar with. There is no shower door, which may be pleasant during the warm summer months but chilly otherwise. The beds were extremely comfortable. These photos are of room 508.

Wonderful lovely classy hotel. Fantastic location, didnt want to stay in the French Quarter proper but its just a five minute walk away. The bar & resturaunt is great, I liked the clientele in the hotel and had many good conversations at the bar, a nice place to spend time without the riffraff of Frenchman or Bourbon St. The worst experience of this hotel is that there is no hot water on the 2nd floor. Every time someone showers you need to call the front desk & ask them to run the downstairs water heater. They usally will do it within a few minutes but sometimes they are too busy to turn it on, and I would wait 30 minutes for a shower before giving up. An engineer also needs to visit your room every time you call in so they can make sure the waters not too hot, so expect that. I stayed for a week and only took a few hot showers. They did give me three free full entree breakfasts which was really nice and like a $70 value. The room was also a little cold in February, the thermostat is fake and doesn’t do anything as all rooms are on the same heat. I also specifically asked for a room not facing the talking parking garage and it was nice and quiet except for the 4 AM dumptruck that comes a few times a week.

This was out first non-work trip to NOLO and the Marriott Q&C was the perfect hotel for us! The location is perfect (not too close to French Quarter but just close enough to walk everywhere), very clean and comfortable, extremely friendly and helpful staff, an above average gym, great food & bar! If you can snag their Park, Eat & Sleep package it's the best deal in town. Our room was tight (to be expected in a downtown hotel in a historic building) but well-appointed -- it had everything we needed.

Excellent customer service, nice rooms, cute boutique hotel. Tammy at the Q&C restaurant and bar was extremely friendly and helpful, along with grad student (apologies can’t recall her name) assisting her, both were very welcoming. Scarlet, Maryun and all front desk staff were very nice and helpful as were Caleb and all valets. Overall great experience.

I stay at the Q&C Hotel in NOLA at least once or twice per month while transiting for business. My arrivals are always met with amazing smiles and friendly conversation from Maryuri at the Front Desk and Ms. Tammy at the bar. I used to live a few block from the hotel for many years, and these two individuals are true representatives of what New Orleans character is all about.

Jamie Ch. and Corniece Col. were fantastic to my partner and I. With amazing hospitality, great service checking us in at 4 am (a very tiring hour) and a display of true leadership to us as guests, I cannot do anything but speak extremely high of both the service here and the care for customers. I want to also mention that the beds are exceptionally comfortable and anyone who stays here, beware, the sleep will be amazing! Great hotel, amazing staff, will be back next time I visit NOLA again.

Hotel was nice, as was the staff. My only concern was our room. The water pressure was minimal and the hot water was lukewarm (never got hot). The bigger issue was the handle on the bathroom door (see picture). I almost cut my hand on it. I informed the front desk of it so no one else would injure themselves. I don’t understand how that was not noticed by the cleaning crew. Also the small couch in our room had a mysterious substance on it (I’ll let you decide what you think it is) that looked gross! I didn’t sit in that chair or place any of my belongings on it. I’m getting very discouraged with Marriot these days. Being a bonvoy card holder I am becoming very disappointed lately in the quality of the rooms. It seems more and more that they just don’t care. I’m thinking of looking into Hilton and see if they take more pride in their properties and take more care in the quality for their customers. Im sorry for the negative feedback but the positive side of this hotel was the staff. They were very kind and welcoming. I really appreciated that. P.S. Bring earplugs and a night mask. This hotel is downtown and with that comes a lot of outside light and noise. Not blaming the hotel. It is a beautiful building, it’s just a suggestion to help your stay be more comfortable. ?
