I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with the outstanding customer service provided by your entire staff during our recent stay. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my wife and me feel truly at home despite being far away. The hotel itself was spotless, and it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness every day. What made our experience especially memorable was the warm and genuine hospitality from Kayla, the guest receptionist. She stood out with her kindness and welcoming attitude, which made a significant positive impact on our visit. We will definitely be choosing Q&C Hotel every time we visit New Orleans . This property is fantastic! The SERVICE is OUTSTANDING. Miss Kayla at the front desk made our check in not only efficient and welcoming, but also Mr Deandre, Mr Jeffrey in Valet, from the restaurant, in the mornings a divine woman who was tall, had honey colored hair and was so supportive of her fellow staff and gentle and kind to the guests (I wished I knew her name) and Lucy- who was so warm and caring, to Tammy, who was our groups personal gem. The rooms (larger room Option, 5th floor) were gorgeous, comfortable, and shockingly quiet for a Friday and Saturday night. We did hear a bit of fun from the streets at times, but it was faint and moved out as quickly as it came in. The cleanliness was noticeably great, and the shower has excellent water pressure and temperature. The hotel is secure, safe, and in a prime central location to walk within 10 minutes or less to all that the area has to offer. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend!

Stayed at the Q&C Hotel in the Queen building and loved it. Location was perfect, walking distance to bourbon street, so we could enjoy the activities without all the noise. Service was great, front desk was very accommodating and Richard the cook is amazing. Those grits were very tasty and Lucy was very attentive and pleasant. Cindy was also amazing. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Just for the service and hot water. ??

I discovered the QC Hotel while traveling to New Orleans, and ever since then, it’s become the only place I want to stay when I’m in town. This trip, I brought my girlfriend, and we stayed for four days. Everything about the experience reminded me why I keep coming back. The rooms are comfortable, full of character, and have that perfect retro, old-school New Orleans feel that you just don’t find in cookie-cutter hotels. A special shoutout to Richard, who prepared breakfast each morning. The breakfasts were magnificent, and his pancakes are absolutely amazing. He’s an excellent chef and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. What truly sets the QC Hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that guests had a great experience. I had several conversations with different team members throughout our stay, and every interaction was positive. In a city filled with hotels, the QC stands out because of its people. If you’re visiting New Orleans and want a place with comfort, charm, history, and some of the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet, do yourself a favor and stay here. I know I will be back.

First, I'll say that this will be my NOLA travel home for the foreseeable future! The hotel is beautiful, with modern floorplans, thoughtful New Orleans-inspired decor, and warm, professional staff. Jah and Anissa were especially kind and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing! I would normally give a full five stars, but a few key issues held the experience back: 1) the rooms need much better lighting (there should be a floor lamp added to every room asap); 2) there are no microwaves; 3) the ice machines only dispense water; and 4) the rooms provide shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. Overall, it is a lovely property with top-notch customer service, but a few practical improvements would make the stay much stronger.

The Q&C NOLA has quickly become our favorite little spot in New Orleans. It is a perfect location to everything we like to do but still off the path enough to be able to sleep at night! The staff is 10/10. It is a great price. The rooms are always clean and comfy!

I had an amazing stay at the Q&C Hotel in New Orleans during the weekend of May 23rd–24th! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Mr. Jay at the front desk really cool guy, Cristina, and the valet parking team , I believe Omar or Oscar were all incredibly kind and would go grab my car for me in the ran, welcoming, and professional. They truly made my experience in New Orleans one of the best. I absolutely loved the rooms and the rich history throughout the hotel. Ms. Cristina took the time to share historical facts about the hotel and gave me a wonderful rundown of the property and the surrounding area. She even went above and beyond to help me complete the last few items I needed for my family member’s wedding, which meant so much to me. New Orleans itself is such a beautiful city filled with history, culture, and energy, and staying at the Q&C Hotel allowed me to truly feel connected to all of it. Thank you all again for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be back!

I love the style and atmosphere of the lovely hotel! It is the staff that make it exceptional. Andrionna is welcoming and kind. John at the bar sets the tone for the warm and welcoming space and why we continue to come back to the Q&C. A friend asked how our trip was going and I responded, it is wonderful here! Just had a leisurely breakfast at the bar, watching part of the French Open and connecting with the bartender, who we remembered from before, and why we love this hotel. The bar is in the reception area which is quite intimate and John just sets the tone. An absolutely beautiful person who welcomes you and offers a sense of belonging.

I recently stayed at the QC Hotel in New Orleans for three days and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Arianna at the front desk was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, she provided free water bottles and even a free raincoat, which was a lifesaver since it rained for most of my visit! I also used the hotel bar for breakfast and couldn’t have been happier. There were plenty of meal options to choose from, and the coffee was absolutely amazing. The customer service throughout was friendly and warm. A special shout-out to Brauly and Sonya in the kitchen, who took great care of me and served up a fantastic meal with excellent service. I was impressed to learn that Brauly was working his very first day, you’d never know it! He’s clearly going to be a wonderful addition to the team. If you’re visiting New Orleans, I highly recommend staying at the QC Hotel. The staff truly make the experience special. I’ll definitely be back! ?

I probably spend 60+ nights a year at Q&C for work trips in New Orleans, and it is by far my favorite place to stay in the city. The rooms are great, the location is fantastic, and the overall experience is consistently excellent, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. In the morning, John is incredible and always makes sure breakfast is stellar (he has an incredible singing talent too!!) , with the great chef team leading the charge. Huge shoutout to Richard, the head chef in the morning, who makes incredible food and brings such a fun, positive energy to breakfast. Sonya in the mornings is also outstanding as she is always kind, attentive, and providing incredible service. The front desk team is just as impressive. Scarlett deserves a special shoutout for her hospitality and the way she makes guests feel welcomed, and Jafet, the front desk manager, consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. In the evenings, Keyana and Tammy are fantastic — always making great drinks and even better conversation. The staff truly turns a good hotel into a great one. All around, Q&C is an excellent hotel and I highly recommend it. Just make sure you actually interact with the staff while you’re there, because they are half of what makes the place so great.
