By far my favorite hotel in the Quarters! Fabulous carousel bar with the best lemon drop martinis I've ever tasted and music that will make you move! Wonderful comfy beds and quiet rooms to escape the fun city for sleeping in. Rooftop pool is amazing with a fabulous bar. I love Nola and the Monterleone!

Great location if you want to be close to Cana or Bourbon Street. Staff were exceptional. From the doormen to the breakfast staff, everyone greeted me with a smile and made recommendations around the city. I felt very welcomed. The rooms are small, older style but may be exactly what you are looking for. Elevators are quick, I never waited more than 20 seconds. The bar is a carousel and there is live music some nights. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

I have never been so blown away by a professional hotel experience. The restaurant in the lobby, amazing. Carousel bar, very cool. Employees incredibly helpful. The room was comfortable, beautiful, perfect. I cannot wait to come back and show my family. Shoutout to Nachely at Criollo, she was very sweet.

I was here for a week long conference and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The location was perfect for walking around. The bar was amazing with good drinks and even better atmosphere. Even if you don't drink, go! Its a must. And they have an alcohol free menu that doesnt disappoint!

Absolutely incredible. The only place to stay in the French Quarter. This upscale luxury hotel does not disappoint. Traditionally fully staffed from Bellhops and doormen 24 hour room service and concierge service. Staff was friendly and service was impeccable. Valet parking with charging available for your EV if necessary. Two restaurants and bars on site. Excellent views of the city. We stayed in the newly renovated Iberville Tower and it couldn’t have been cleaner, more well appointed, or more luxurious. The hotel is one street over from Bourbon Street if you’re there to party and it’s on Royal Street if you’re there to shop. If the Hotel Monteleone is in your price range and you’re headed to the French Quarter, stop looking and book your room right now. It was as nice and good a hotel experience as we’ve ever had. I will absolutely stay here again if I find myself back in New Orleans.

Great location!! The remodeled rooms are so nice! They do turn down service which is so nice! The employees are very sweet. The downfall was the price of overnight parking if you plan on staying here use SpotHero app to find a close parking garage that is way cheaper if you don’t mind walking. We always park our car and walk everywhere so having the car in close proximity isn’t important to us in New Orleans.

We just spent 4 days at The Monteleone starting on Christmas Day. My husband and I stayed in the Iberville Tower and my 2 adult children stayed in the historic Bienville tower. Both rooms were perfect. I can't say enough about this lovely hotel! Exceptional service, housekeeping was superb, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Criollo Restaurant and the Carousel Bar bring a steady flow of traffic through the lobby. Just sitting on the lobby's velvet couches watching the interesting traffic that ranged from elegant to quirky was entertainment in itself. We will definitely return to the Monteleone!

Loved this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights over new years and were happy with all aspects of the hotel. Room were very clean and recently renovated. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel, but we walked around the carousel bar area, which was cool to see. Location was great to explore the French Quarter. Maria at the front desk went above and beyond to meet our requests and needs. Really appreciated everything there!

The rooms were incredibly comfortable which made it easy to truly relax. The location is unbeatable — close to everything and perfect for exploring while still feeling peaceful and luxurious. This is hands-down one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in, but what truly sets it apart is the housekeeping staff. They went above and beyond every single day — attentive, thorough, and genuinely thoughtful in a way you rarely see anymore. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it for a stay in the French Quarter!

Amazing hotel and staff. We celebrated our Anniversary here. Awesome location, central to everything around the French Quarter. Carousel Bar is a definite must see. The restaurant was great. The interior was So Beautifully detailed with lots of NOLA history. Rooftop pool was great for swimming and the views. If you don't get to stay here, you definitely need to visit.
