The place is super cute and the location is fine, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. After a long flight we arrived at the place to find out the code for the front door didn't work - and there were other guests outside with the same issue... New Orleans is extremely dangerous and staying in the street with suitcases is the worst thing you can do. Eventually a member of the cleaning team let us inside the building. Only for us to find out that the code to the room also didn't work and the number the tell you to call for help nobody answered. A sweet man cleaning the floor called for help with his own phone and they just gave us the room code (No checking our names; or if we have a booking at all - which makes me think it is extremely unsafe if they just give it out to anybody...) The front desk has a sign that a staff member went to help someone and "will be back in 10 minutes" when there is really nobody working that at all. On top of that, there is no A/C in the apartment which is crazy given how warm New Orleans is; and no basic things like washing machine tablets - Whats the point on offering the facility if you won't offer tablets to use the facility? This is not a 4 star hotel - For your own safety, stay somewhere else for similar price.

Very well equipped and comfortable rooms/apartment. The location is excellent. Fantastic value for money. I am waiting for feedback from 'Roami' regarding a security concern from a few nights ago when 'people' were trying to get in to my apartment in. the early hours of the morning.

A very nice place to stay in. Very clean, walking distance to alot of things including Bourbon Street. Love how the layout is, love the inside, lightning was absolutely enough especially with girls who do makeup lol. Most definitely would stay here. Host was attentive and quick to respond with a qt I had. Nothing at all bad to say. Come try it out yourself

Dimone, the building manager, was so kind. All the staff are helpful, and the courtyard is beautiful. The vibe is more urban condo, but the setup is for easy sleep, work, and play. We HIGHLY recommend this property for location and pet-friendly ease.

This house is super cute! We only ended up staying here because our flights got cancelled and had to stay in New Orleans for an additional 2 days. We actually stayed at a different property with a different company for 4 days before booking this one. Honestly wish I would've been able to book our original stay with this house as I liked this one better. This house is in a great location, close enough to walk to bourbon street and/or take the street car to the French Quarter. But also far enough away from everything that its quiet at night when trying to sleep.

This is our third time staying at this beautiful, clean, well located and all-around fantastic property. We have visited New Orleans many times and have stayed at many different hotels over the years, but this is far and away the best and our favorite by far. Roami has a number of properties around town, but I haven’t tried the others because we like this one so much. Next time you are in town, you must book here; you will be very glad you did.

The 2/2 we stayed in was very clean, with lots of space and comfortable furniture. Coffee and ice were provided, so we felt like the room provided everything we needed! The check in process did not go smoothly, as the original room we’d booked had not been prepared for our planned early check in and we were not made aware of this until trying to get into the room. We reached out to the property manager and texted through a solution of getting into another room that was already clean. We felt this significant change would have been best handled over the phone instead of texting, but ultimately the owner was able to get us into the corrected room and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. The location was great for enjoying the city and we enjoyed having Cafe Bon Ami next door.

The location is perfect & the room is clean and has all you need. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine and dryer. The bed was comfortable enough. The one big disappointment was the lack of staff and the seamless check in would be great if it worked. During our stay of 3 days we had issues with checking in along with four other guests after us. No staff on site to help after 4pm. Not ideal and after a long flight from Australia I was tired and just wanted sleep. I only had data so wasn’t able to call. People on the street aren’t happy to help.

Booking my room was very quick and easy once I completed my check in steps everything was easily accessible. They also provide early check-in, which is very nice. The location is super nice right by Bourbon Street and super fun surrounding areas. I will most definitely be staying here again they also have complementary storage for luggage Which is amazing super helpful and friendly. I rate them a 10 out of 10.

I had an amazing stay at Roami Factors Row in New Orleans! We did a staycation for our girlfriend's birthday the week of September 22, 2025. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed . It felt like a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. The location couldn’t have been better as it is close to the French Quarter, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Check-in was seamless, and the Roami team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the little touches such as great amenities, secure entry, and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Whether for business or leisure, I’d highly recommend Roami Factors Row to anyone visiting New Orleans. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
