Roami At The Luzianne offers a convenient location in New Orleans, particularly close to Warehouse and Garden District attractions, with easy access to the French Quarter via streetcar. While praised for responsiveness and spacious rooms, recent reviews highlight significant cleanliness and pest issues, including mice and unsanitary conditions.

The location was perfect, close to where we needed to be and to grocery stores. I loved that each room had its own bathroom and updated kitchen. Perfect place and will return!!!

Don't plan on getting any sleep. You can hear the front door of the building slam shut every time someone comes in or out. You can hear everyone's footsteps, conversation, and their room doors open and shut. The bed is uncomfortable with springs poking you. Waterproof mattress cover makes it uncomfortable as well. Good location with lots to do around this area. Very walkable or via streetcar to everything you could want. But we didn't sleep for either of the 2 nights we stayed here, so that overshadowed everything else.

The service and room are NOT worth the price! When we arrived we had to go to the store to buy our own cleaning supplies due to the dirt, food and trash in our room when we arrived. These second day our door batteries died and it took them another day to finally come and replace them. The second day we woke up to ants all over the kitchen when we called they said they would send someone and we waited for hours with no one showing. We left and when we came back they had sprayed poison all over the room and our shoes we took off by the door. They literally sprayed ant killer on our belongings and entered the room when we weren’t there then blamed me saying we requested it. I NEVER asked for someone to come into our room when we weren’t there the put poison on our belongings. The smell was so bad we had to leave again due to it giving my wife a headache and making her feel nauseous. The WiFi sucks and goes in and out. I do NOT recommend anyone stay here your better off at a best western. Good location is the only thing nice I can say about this company as the service, cleanliness and attitude of the maintenance contact we were given was absolutely terrible!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Rating of 2 stars is generous. We rented 5 rooms and had mice in several of them. Got locked out of the rooms twice because the batteries in the door locks died. Units/kitchens poorly stocked. Very dark with minimal lighting in some units. Definitely would not stay here again.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are very responsive and efficient in addressing your questions and concerns. Convenient Warehouse district location and quick access to Garden district / Magazine Street where you can see historic residential buildings and boutique shops. Also French Quarter is easy to access if you take street cars nearby, a great experience. You can usually park your car in Garden district and ride the streetcar back to the city center. That way, you don't need to pay expensive parking garage fees. Sunday park is always free.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. While the location was fantastic—close to everything I needed—the apartment itself was far from what I expected. Shockingly, I found a mouse in the kitchen the first day I got there, which was extremely unsettling. When I reported this to the management, their response was underwhelming; they simply placed a few mouse traps and did nothing further to address the issue. I was told all units were taken so no possibility to be relocated. I tried reaching out to management again after my stay to give them a chance to address my concerns, but no one responded. I expected more proactive action to ensure the apartment was clean and comfortable, especially considering the rates. I hope management improves their pest control and communication in the future, as the location has so much potential. Until then, I’d recommend considering other options if cleanliness and responsiveness are a priority.

WE FOUND MICE AND DIRTY BEDS! Dates of stay: 10/17/2024 - 10/23/24 Let’s start with the positives: The location is ideal and was very convenient for me while attending the New Orleans Film Festival. It is walking distance from many restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. There is also ample metered and free parking. Now for the negatives: I am extremely disappointed with my stay with Roami, and the way they have handled my request for a refund. The refused to give me a full refund even though we found multiple rodents and unsanitary conditions throughout our stay. Though Roami addressed the issues at hand within 5-24 hours, the issues I will mention below should have never occurred in the first place. - the kitchen stove top was not clean when we arrived - various utensils were not clean when we arrived - the twin bed mattress was caving in the middle and uncomfortable to sleep on - one bed had hair and a dirty ear plug in the linen and the linens and pillows in general did not smell fresh in all the rooms - there were two mice in the unit. One escaped and one was caught on a trap the following day after the initial sighting (photos attached to this email) There was an incident during our stay every day. Upon check in, we found that the kitchen was not properly cleaned (there was a dried mess on the stove top and the microwave and utensils were not clean). Additionally the bedding in all three of our rooms was not fresh. There was HAIR and a DIRTY EARPLUG in our of our beds and another had a CONCAVE MATTRESS. The bedding smelled like someone came and sat on them who’d been outside for a while. I had to request for the house keeping team to come in the next morning and also requested that they bring never before used bedding and pillows. I literally had to monitor them to make sure they did their job well and to ensure that they were using new, fresh, clean linens. This should not be my job as a guest. The unit overall was very dusty and left us all with a cough. The next day, we saw the first mouse. It was crawling near our bedrooms and slipped out of our front door. I immediately notified the Roami help line and email account, to which their response was basically, “if it happens again” let us know. That same day, my friend woke up with severe neck and back pains due to her concave mattress. Between day three and five, we found that the washing machine was broken as well, and locked our clothes in upon attempting to use it. Upon requesting to be moved, we were told that the building was sold out and was never formally presented with another option to accommodate our party of five. In conclusion, I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a sanitary place to stay that matches the quality of the advertising.
