Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was completely clean and well maintained, which made our stay even better. The location was also very convenient. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the French Quarter, but Julia Station is only about an 8-minute walk away, where you can catch the streetcar and get dropped off near the French Quarter. A special shoutout to Trey, the front office manager, who was absolutely amazing. She made sure we were comfortable, accommodated our needs, and was extremely professional and helpful throughout our stay. Kai from valet was also super friendly and genuinely cool to interact with. And Ashli at the front desk was incredibly helpful and had a smile that could literally light up a room! Honestly, the entire staff deserves recognition. Everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, and professional. Because of the amazing experience we had, I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting New Orleans!

Skyler made our buffet experience at the Hilton Café truly exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout our meal, Skyler was friendly, professional, and consistently ensured everything was well stocked and that we had everything we needed. I'm usually pretty forgiving and impartial but the only thing that gave this place a 2 star was due to the fact corporate took care of our issues. First off be prepared for NO AC, unless you're down in the lobby. I mean MEDIOCRE at best inside of your room. (It makes sense because the entire building is like a easy bake oven from all of the windows.) If I hadn't had been so exhausted I would have left the very day I came. There wasn't any access to the pool for you to be able to cool off either. The gym was exactly what you expect, no complaints. You're in New Orleans, you expect to get a little hustle, but the lady that checked us in with the wrong key/ room (and refused to check us out was a nightmare to deal with, and this was from our very arrival . Her job should not be in customer service, and I don't say that lightly. I thought it was a one off "bad day" but dealing with her the following day proved that is just her standard way of being.) After getting everything sorted the manager was also extremely helpful. One of the only redeeming factors was the restaurant and bar tender. She and the rest of the staff were 5 star individuals, and service. Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton.

I came into town to visit family and had breakfast here during my stay. The breakfast was good, although I wish there were a few more options available on the buffet or menu. What truly made the experience memorable was the service. Devin was our server, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions I had. He even took the time to give me some great lunch recommendations while I was in town. Mrs. D and Mrs. Sheila bring such positive energy to the dining room and really make guests feel welcome. The team you have here is one worth keeping. Their hospitality and customer service made a lasting impression, and I would gladly return because of them.

The hotel staff was wonderful. We were greeted by Camree and she quickly got us checked in. The breakfast buffet is really good and a great price. We received great service throughout our stay from Paul and Skylar. They were friendly and attentive! I also have to give a shout out to AJ at the bar! He was GREAT!! We would stop by to have a nightcap and good conversation after long day of exploring the city!

Paul has made every single breakfast at the hotel restaurant an exceptional experience. From the very first morning, his level of service stood out. By the second day he already knew my name, remembered my order, and greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. What truly sets Paul apart is his attention to detail and natural ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued. He anticipates needs, stays attentive without being intrusive, and consistently delivers service with a positive attitude. As a Director of Customer Service myself, I pay close attention to these things, and Paul exemplifies the kind of service professional any organization would be lucky to have. If I were building a hospitality or customer experience team, he is exactly the type of person I would want on it. Thank you, Paul, for making each morning start on such a great note.

Very happy and impressed with the staff, location, and appearance of this hotel. So clean and beautiful. Parking and front desk was so easy. Nicholas at the front desk was AMAZING!! If I could have him at all the hotels we go to (which is a lot) I would be so happy. Gave us suggestions with dining and where to go. Need more like him for sure. Valet guys were so nice and helpful. Really appreciate the customer service from all staff and would stay again just because of them alone.

My stay was amazing because of Olivia. She was extremely professional, kind, and very helpful during my stay. The hilton needs more people like her.Her staff Iman took the time to be kind when coming in and out of the hotel. Brielle got in on the action when we needed help. Lastly Janae jones in sales helped. Very appreciative for her assistance. My Daughter ? i were in town for a volleyball competition. Definitely will recommend this location to family & Friends. Olivia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we felt completely taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Mr. Doy was just as awesome! He was so attentive and eager to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and he made a lasting impression on us. The dining staff was wonderful as well. The food was really good, and the service in the restaurant was just as friendly and attentive. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone did a fantastic job, and because of their outstanding service, we will absolutely be back. We are so thankful for the care and attention we received during our stay. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans. The biggest thing that stood out to me was the staff. Every time I interacted with someone, whether it was at the front desk, in the hallway, or with housekeeping, they were friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. There wasn’t just one person who made the experience great. It was consistently good service from multiple people, which you don’t always see. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, which made getting around easy. Everything about the stay felt smooth and easy. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.
