Changing my reservation from a hotel in downtown New Orleans to this place was an excellent choice. It was very clean and the facilities were great. There’s a shopping mall nearby and Whole Foods is also close. Breakfast was wonderful, and I really liked that the dishes weren’t disposable — it made me feel well taken care of, even though it might be harder for the staff. If I visit again, I would definitely stay here. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel! It’s updated, welcoming and everyone we engaged with was very friendly. We were in town for my daughter’s 23rd bday. She and friends wanted to be closer to the NOLA French quarter scene. Me and another mom did not want to be as close and this location was perfect! Overall loved most everything about our 3 night stay! Our room was a 2 queen very spacious room. Loved that the black out curtains truly blacked out! Only a few issues to consider. There were two of us in the room but only 3 sets of towels. Would have made better sense to have at least 4 sets, since room service is every other day. The kitchen is very nice. Only issue is the fridge had a loud and annoying rattling sound when it kicked on. May be something to check out. Also along the carpet line going into the bathroom, there may be a carpet tack that needs to be checked as something stuck me and the other mom in the foot when going from the bathroom into the room. Loved breakfast variety every morning. We did have to ask for a couple of things that were out, so maybe keeping a better eye for refill purposes might be considered. But the ladies were accommodating when we asked. We almost missed breakfast on Monday, forgetting that on weekdays it’s from 6-9. Quite a few people came in right after 9 and everything was picked up. Other than these few things, we’d definitely recommend and stay again as we loved the area, felt very safe, it was very clean, family friendly, though quiet and ample parking!

Exceptionally well maintained property with impeccable service and comfort. Located in a wonderful neighborhood outside of the city. A grocery store is directly across the street offering vast variety of organic options. The location of this hotel is perfect. Shopping mall near by, extremely walkable, neighborhood is super quiet and felt quite safe as well. The parking is seemless. The rooms and common areas are incredibly clean and well maintained. The bed was brand new and offered excellent sleep. The room layout was ideal, optimal and comfortable. The TV was very large and swiveled 180 degrees. The kitchen provided basic tools, pans, dishes etc and all were in acceptable condition. I cooked a NY Strip steak, steamed broccoli and a sweet potato with zero issues. The hotel gym on site is actually pretty wonderful for a hotel. The laundry equipment appears to be immaculate. The coffee served was excellent. The front desk was super helpful, so welcoming and offered true excellence with their hospitality. For the price I paid, I could not possibly ask for more. The building is constructed quite well compared to some of the newer properties. It felt very sturdy and quality materials used.

We arrived after midnight and the room was nice and cold! Exactly what we needed after a shower to snuggle in bed. The pillows held my like I was on my grandmother's lap! ?????? Great night's rest. Three more days of this. Breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from.

This is a REALLY nice hotel, clean and updated. Actually, we thought it was new until we asked the rep at the front desk (It's been there since 2016; recently renovated). The breakfast area is spacious, part of a larger sitting area in the lobby. The location is very convenient, once you figure out all the U-turns when exiting I-10 via Causeway Boulevard. Walking distance to an Outback Steakhouse and a few other restaurants. Highly recommended

A wonderful hotel with a great location. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. I also enjoyed how the hotel had two separate elevators for the different sides of the building. I do wish the breakfast area was a little bit more plentiful. Even as a grown adult, I still enjoy a waffle when staying in hotels.

One of the nicer Homewoods I've stayed at in quite awhile. Renovations are very nice. Has that new car smell! Nicely convenient to quite a few restaurants too.

This hotel was very welcoming and warming, extra clean. The front desk clerks were all warming and inviting, I truly would stay here again. Also close to French quarters, bourbon street and mall is directly across the street.

LOVE this Homewood. A representative decorates for every holiday or event. The staff here are so nice. Rooms are always spotless. Love the small kitchen bc I'm always on a business trip. Small stove helps not to spend as much on takeout. Beds are comfortable, dresser, and full closet. Breakfast in the morning and there is a social.. pool area is nice. My coworkers meet down there every night lol.
