What wonderful week spent in New Orleans Garden District. This hotel was located perfectly on the St. Charles Street Car line and also an easy walk to the French Quarter. The room was fantastic and the staff was excellent. Shout out to Karen at the concierge desk who made my trip even better. Thank you so much.

Enjoyed our stay! The staff was amazing! The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows are so comfy! We loved having access to the pool for such long hours and a hotel bar as well as on site restaurant and bar next door as well as the rta cart that will pick you up in front of the hotel and ride downtown and keep your car parked with valet!

Solid experience, we did have to have our keys redone 5 different times. The room itself was a suite with a bedroom. The bathroom left a lot to be desired as the toilet was crammed in a corner and made it tough for people to use it. Due to one of our family members needing more room for physical reasons, they were able to accommodate and put us in an ADA room which solved that issue. Very solid customer service.

We arrived shortly after a Mississippi cruise, in the early morning. There were kind enough to give us our room early which made luggage freshening up. Very nice. We love the room and we first saw it. Took a scroll through the property and were surprised that there were so many amenities. Nice brick work, fountains, pool and hot tub, full sized fitness center, complimentary laundry with folding tables, chairs, snacks. It had a business center with three computers and luxurious chairs and couches to sit on with just beautiful accompaniments. This would be a highly recommended destination.

Service outstanding here at Avenue Plaza. Super comfy beds. Great hotel tub and pool area to relax and meet fellow travellers. Small but well-appointed bathroom. Short 15 minutes tram ride to Burbon street away from hustle and bustle. Great Peruvian restaurant up the road. We went to dinner on the steamboat. Great food and music. Arrive early and line up otherwise you have to wait for 7.45pm dinner setting instead of 6pm. Concierge were great in organising trips with great tips and advice. Real customer service!

Excellent customer service by the team in the lobby! They always greeted us coming in and out of the building. I was pleased with my suite. Though, the folks in my party who stayed in studios were less satisfied. Conveniently located in the Garden District close to local shops and businesses with a trolley stop right out front.

These guys are phenomenal, the staff is so upbeat and helpful, still got to work on the one guy at the desk. He's not quite a believer yet, and I told him if that old fashioned phone by the desk rings you got to believe man. And the house out back.... Definitely haunted ?

Location location location Pool clean and hot- hot tub 103 degrees I had a small room with king bed. Bed comfy. Kitchen was useful lovely neighborhood and all sparkly during Christmas season

Great experience with the staff here. We arrived at 6am and check-in wasn’t until 4pm. They let us hang out in a comfy sitting area/business center for a couple of hours before they had a room ready for us at 9am - 7 hours early. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The rooms and common areas are clean and well kept. The bathroom in the one-bedroom is tight. The kitchen comes with a nearly full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and two burners. Spacious living room for 2 people.

This resort was absolutely amazing! It was great to see the New Orleans charm throughout the building. The location is perfect as it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to everything. The staff was very friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome. Just like I was at home. The immunities were nice as well to include a pool. The suites were very spacious, clean, and had a full operational kitchen (to include two burner coat top, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven combo). I had everything I needed and more... I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay!
