We had the best time staying at The Natchez! We stayed in Suite 1101 which was the perfect size for our extended family of 8. It was really clean, the staff went above-and-beyond and the outside area is a gem. Can't wait to come back!

This place destroyed my time in New Orleans for several reasons: - A an extremely loud garbage truck showed up between 4-7 AM EVERY NIGHT and loaded trash for about 20 minutes, revving the engine, banging dumpsters about 10 ft from the single-pane bedroom windows. - The window curtains let a lot of light in from the street lights outside, making it additionally hard to sleep here. - The water pressure is the worst I have seen, the shower was a mere trickle, wasting a lot of time each morning. - The toilet tank took about half a day to refill between uses (seriously), probably related to the lack of water pressure. - The floors/carpets were dirty in the bedroom and a dead cockroach awaited me on arrival. I don't see how they could miss it if they'd cleaned the floors at all. I still give them two stars because the front seat staff was helpful and the check out was really convenient. Unfortunately the fundamentals were missing to award anything higher.

From the first moment I contacted The Natchez, the staff were kind, courteous, and happy to help. They answered all of my questions by text, and kept me informed during the trip the same way. They were able to check us in very early, check us out late, and hold our luggage for hours after check out. That all was based on availability, but they made it happen for us. The condos are stunning. The photos are completely accurate. They were clean and had everything you could want/need available. The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing. They had coffee and tea every morning in the lobby. The courtyard area was also clean and accurate to the photos. We used the pool and both hot tubs. We did have some garbage truck noise one morning with several dumpsters in the alley, but that’s probably only an issue for one room of one condo one day per week. I selected the condo and the other seven people who joined me were all thrilled with the stay!

Great location - close to absolutely everything that we wanted to see and do in the French Quarter and downtown. The unit that we stayed in had 4 bedrooms and all were very comfortable. Very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms with everything you need from pots and pans to a hair dryer. We also used the heated pool and hot tub, which was the perfect way to wind down a day of walking and sightseeing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful to us - they answered all of our questions and helped us store our bags after check out so we could enjoy lunch before our flight. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about The Natchez was perfect! I stayed here in a 3 Bedroom Suite for My Birthday just my wife and I. The minute we walked in we were so happy to smell the cleanliness! The unit had way more than enough space which I completely enjoy. The beds were SOOOOO COMFORTABLE and A1! I slept in late each morning! Sandy, Courtney and Forest were all a GREAT help and so kind! When I called in earlier than check in time to see if the room was ready, Sandy welcomed us with open arms and allowed us to check in smoothly. When I come back to NOLA there's no doubt that my preference would be to stay at The Natchez again!

Rented a 3 BR condo for 4 nights. Everything was perfect - spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. It was within easy walking distance of the French Quarter, the Riverwalk, many restaurants, pubs and lots of other things. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. In and out parking was available within 1/2 block. We would book this condo again.

The Natchez has a beautiful location with some of the best views in New Orleans — but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price tag. The biggest issue was that the shared balcony closed at 11 PM on a Saturday night, which is hard to understand since the balcony and its views are the main reason to stay here. Instead of enjoying the space, we were told to leave and ended up standing outside the front of the hotel like loiterers to stare at a blank alley way ! When I raised the concern with the attendant, there was no effort to accommodate or even acknowledge the inconvenience. For the rates they charge, I expected more flexibility, better service, and at the very least, some kind of solution. The property itself is beautiful, but the lack of customer care and rigid rules really take away from the experience. Sadly, it felt overpriced for what we actually received.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at The Natchez Vacation Rental NOLA with 15 friends, and it was absolutely perfect! We stayed in two spacious 4-bedroom condos, and the accommodations were fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, even providing us with a complimentary upgrade. The location, comfort, and service were top-notch. I’ll definitely be recommending The Natchez to my clients in the future it’s the perfect spot for groups, celebrations, or just a getaway in New Orleans!

It was so nice to see a very clean condo unit in the middle of New Orleans. The beds are comfortable and clean with all those memory foams including the fold out sofa bed. On top of that, the service was exceptional with a courteous staff throughout our stay. They even made sure to reach out to us when a personal pillow was left in one of the rooms. We are absolutely impressed. The jacuzzi, the heated pool and the hot tub were a plus. It was well worth it choosing The Natchez in NOLA! ???? It is highly recommended!
